Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

At Torah Pines, LLC, we are a small business, and every dollar matters to us. To continue offering the best quality and the lowest possible prices to our loyal customers, we do not accept returns. Please be sure of your purchase before completing your order.

However, on a case-by-case basis, if an item is found to be defective due to transit damage or a manufacturing issue, we will allow an exchange for store credit.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style. If your item is defective, we will gladly review your case for an exchange. To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?

To initiate an exchange due to a defect, please contact our support team at Info@TorahPines.com with photos of the issue. Once we receive the item and confirm it is unworn and unused, we will notify you regarding store credit to Torah Pines.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs initially. However, if we determine the item is defective upon inspection, we will refund your shipping cost.
